HISTORY AND PROJECTION

Ulvi and Murat Topcuoglu were born into an entrepreneur family and were blessed to start in early ages.

After completing degrees in business administration and business engineering, the two entrepreneurs focused on building their first brand WONDER WAFFEL.

After a successful start and 10 years of experience, the brothers started to get into new projects such as MA’LOA.

Afterwards Ulvi and Murat decided to add more brands to their group and continue their expertise in building and consulting systems in different countries.

Currently TLT Holding has holdings in several brands. Furthermore, we are even more interested in working with committed entrepreneurs and building up their futures.

From crazy waffles at WONDER WAFFEL to chic refined Hawaiian cuisine at MA’LOA, to IceCream Concepts fron Football Legend Lukas Podolski and class American and awarded burgers at Smack Burger. THE TLT HOLDING is not just creating restaurants, the group creates experiences that unite individuals.

Going global

It was only a matter of time before the rest of the world wanted their own slice of the slick hospitality and design of TLT HOLDING: since 2018 the ever-growing group has launched several stylish venues across the USA, in destinations ranging from Berlin and Munich to Houston and Paris. Upcoming cities include London.
